The service was excellent, the wait time was not long.

The worst banking service, they blocked my account and no one knew why, they made me go 5 to the branch and 10 calls for telephone service, after 3 days they were able to unblock my account; To be served by an "executive" the minimum waiting time is 1 hour 20 minutes!!! Incredible. Now they are charging me ant charges that not even they know the reason for but they don't want to return it either, the person who served me was very rude and arrogant... But if you owe them even a penny they will even sue you and threaten you!

Parking is exclusive for customers, right? I just went to the ATM and the security guard wanted to charge me for parking. I told him I didn't have change (I went to the cashier) and he told me he would accept $100. I saw that he wrote down the license plates of my car...😠😡

Terrible attention if you do not arrive in a suit or are not known to someone at the branch, even if you have the turn that the lady gives you, they skip you and do not attend to you

The executives serve in a somewhat despotic manner, in fact, I noticed that they serve you according to how they see you dressed... it is not the first time.
